I am a fully licensed psychologist in the state of Michigan, with an office in downtown Ann Arbor. I provide individual therapy for those college-aged or older. Whether you're seeking support in dealing with a crisis or just feeling stuck in some aspect of your life, I look forward to working with you.
My approach is very active, practical, and individually tailored. I will work with you in developing a deeper understanding of your issues, clear goals, and a step-by-step plan for reaching those goals. I work primarily from a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) framework.
My specialties are Asperger's and related autism spectrum conditions, as well as social anxiety, and adult ADHD. I can also help with depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues,and relationship issues. I have worked with clients of all ages in various settings, including university counseling centers and psychiatric outpatient clinics.
